Following the AGM notice issued on 24 November 2025, IMAN is pleased to provide members with the draft revised Constitution for review.
As noted at the Special General Meeting held on 30 November 2025, members passed a resolution authorising IMAN to proceed with re-registration under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and updated Charities legislation. The attached draft Constitution has been updated to ensure IMAN meets all compliance, governance, and reporting obligations required under the new legal framework.
The revised Constitution will be presented for adoption at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for:
11:00am on Sunday 21 December 2025

Accessing the Draft Constitution
- The draft Constitution has been emailed to all registered voting members.
- It will also be available on the IMAN Facebook page and the IMAN website .
We kindly request all members to review the draft Constitution in advance of the AGM so that discussion and adoption can proceed smoothly, insha’Allah. Please note only registered paid IMAN members are eligible to vote.
