ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING(AGM) NOTICE
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Muslim Association of New Zealand Inc.(IMAN) will be held at 11:00AM on Sunday 21 December 2025 at Wellington Islamic Centre, 7 Queens Drive Kilbirnie, Wellington.
Agenda and other documents would be circulated to the registered members soon, insha’Allah.
Revised IMAN Constitution, updated in light of the new Incorporated Societies and Charities legislation, will be presented at the AGM for adoption- Draft of the constitution will be circulated via email and would also be available on IMAN FB page and IMAN website at least one week prior to the AGM.
Since it is the election AGM, registered financial members can nominate other registered members to be elected for the positions of member Shura Council and President of IMAN on the prescribed form and email the nomination forms to the following addresses by 3 December 2025.

Please note that only registered financial members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
